The World Trade Center Tenerife is part of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), whose purpose is to support the establishment and successful operation of local World Trade Centers around the World. Today, an ever-increasing number of WTCs work together for the mutual benefit of their members as well as contributing to the economic growth of their regions. In this way WTC Tenerife is fully integrated into a network of 300 WTCs which include 750.000 affiliated companies in 100 countries on six continents. In addition 130 of these WTCs are located in cities where no Spanish Chambers of Commerce or Spanish Commercial Offices are present.

There are 3 operative WTCs in Spain: WTC Barcelona, WTC Seville and since April 2003, WTC Tenerife.
